What date is Blackout starting? 

Blackout begins on the 19th of November at 12pm AEDT

 

What kind of discount will be available? 

Our sale starts from 20% to 70% OFF storewide.

 

When does the sale end? 

The sale will end the following Tuesday the 27th at 12am AEDT. CORRECT TIME

 

What will the stock levels be like? 

We will restock many items for Blackout, so sizes that were previously out of stock should then be available. We advice not to wait on a purchase as sizes do sell our quickly. CORRECT?

 

If I place two orders, can I receive them as one to reduce shipping?

No sorry! Blackout is a very busy time within Customer Service and the warehouse so unfortunately we cannot promise this for you. Please make sure you a certain of your purchases and have browsed through the whole website before you checkout.

 

Can I use an athlete or promotional code on the Blackout Sale?

Unfortunately not. You will not be able to use any extra discounts in conjunction with any sales or promotions.

 

Why doesn’t my credit note code work?

Please contact Customer Service or our live chat as we will be able to reimburse you the appropriate amount after you place your order. We have temporarily disabled all codes for the Blackout Sale period but credit notes are still accepted, however they will have to be dealt with manually.

 

What if I want to exchange for a different colour or size?

If you would like to exchange for the same item but in a different size or colour, you can do a straight swap. You will have 14 days after receiving your package. Please contact Customer Service to assist you.

 

What if I want to exchange for a different item?

You will be able to exchange for other items within 14 days after receiving your package. The original price you purchased the item for is the price you will be able to exchange after the sale (even if prices have gone up or down).Please contact Customer Service to assist you.

 

What other return options do I get?

We will also offer a credit note that will have no expiry date (OR ADD A TIMEFRAME). You can use this for any items on the store, however you must only use the credit note in only one transaction. It cannot be used more than once.

Do I get discount on gift cards?

No there are no extra discounts on purchasing gift cards.
